Life Coaching
Imagine having a trusted friend to help guide you through the process of discovering your journey in life. You know who you are, where you're going, and how you're going to get there. Imagine living your life exactly the way you dream it should be.
Your Intake Session
Your initial sessions focus on finding out what you want to accomplish. Your coach asks you a series of questions, and you answer honestly and with as much detail as you can. The aim is find out what you want to achieve.
Developing Your Mission Statement
After you learn the direction you want to take, your coach assists you in developing a Mission Statement. This is a broad, but brief statement of purpose and a tool used to help you make decisions about where you want to go. You can then measure your actions against your Mission Statement to make sure you stay on track.
Plan of Action
Once you develop your Mission Statement, you and your coach develop a plan of action that includes your goals and objectives. This helps define where you want to go and specifically how you plan to get there. Your plan will include specific milestones and due dates. Little by little, you'll find yourself achieving your objectives.
Touch Base Weekly
You and your coach are in contact on a regular basis to check your progress on your objectives. If you have trouble keeping to your plan, your coach brainstorms ways to get you back on track. The meetings are positive and encouraging, but always focus on ways to keep you on track.
